Open Heart Foundation was born from a deep love for the people of Bokoko Village in Buea, Cameroon. We are a grassroots humanitarian organization committed to uplifting the most vulnerable members of our community — families and children who lack access to basic necessities.
Operating from the Chief Palace in Bokoko Village, our team works tirelessly to deliver medical support, provide access to clean water, and build safe and dignified housing for those in need. Every act of giving, no matter how small, creates a ripple of change that transforms lives.
Our Mission
To provide compassionate, sustainable support to underprivileged families and children in Bokoko Village and surrounding areas of Buea, Cameroon — ensuring access to medical care, clean water, and safe housing so every person can live with dignity.
Our Vision
A Cameroon where no child goes without medical care, no family drinks unsafe water, and no person sleeps without shelter. We envision thriving, self-sufficient communities where every individual has the foundation to reach their full potential.

Medical Support
We provide free medical consultations, medications, and health screenings to families who cannot afford healthcare. Our mobile health outreach brings doctors and nurses directly to the village.
